Coordinate end-to-end marketing pursuits and collateral for HGA’s Healthcare sector, including RFQ/P responses, proposals, interviews, award submissions, conferences, social media, and publications. Develop and edit compelling content, collaborate with practice leaders and business developers, coordinate external marketing activities, and support strategic initiatives across teams. The role requires strong Adobe InDesign skills, attention to detail, project management, proofreading, multitasking, and knowledge of healthcare-related building types and terminology.

Provides front-line BIM and digital workflow support to architectural and engineering teams. Troubleshoots Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, standards, and project workflows; monitors support data to identify recurring issues; develops targeted training and office hours; reinforces firm-wide digital standards; and documents improved workflows and best practices. The role also supports proactive enablement and occasional collaboration, conference, and training activities.

Leads marketing pursuit processes for education, science and technology, and arts markets. Responsibilities include developing messaging and written content, producing RFQ/P responses and proposals, creating collateral, coordinating award submissions and events, managing photoshoots, proofreading, and collaborating with marketing, brand, communications, and practice teams. The role requires managing concurrent projects, maintaining brand standards, supporting business development, and mentoring team members.
