Design, build, and operate a secure, scalable GenAI platform on AWS (including Bedrock). Own platform lifecycle, enable LLM inference, RAG, Agents and guardrails, ensure observability, incident management, security, compliance, cost optimization, and reliability for production-grade regulated-financial environments. Provide Python-based development and support for microservices and REST APIs.

Provide AMS and production support for Oracle Fusion Order Management and Oracle Integration Cloud. Monitor, troubleshoot, perform RCA, design and maintain OIC integrations and adapters, support integrations with EDI/Salesforce, implement API and FBDI solutions, manage deployments and testing across environments, and produce technical documentation and status reports.

Develop and deploy generative AI solutions: convert business stories into working code using Copilot/LLMs, implement prompt/context engineering, RAG/vectorization, manage AWS infrastructure (EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3), integrate streaming (Kafka), databases, and build agentic workflows and autonomous multi-agent systems. Validate via A/B testing and optimize caching, token management, and long- vs short-term memory.
