Provide high-touch technical support for top HPE Juniper customers, troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (routing, switching, security), collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions, participate in customer calls/meetings, and contribute to technical knowledge products.

Lead and deliver internal, high-risk network projects for the Juniper product line. Plan, control scope, schedule, budget and quality; manage 2–3 concurrent matrixed projects; engage and influence senior stakeholders; drive process improvements and mentor junior staff.

The Enterprise Account Manager IV is responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving sales pipeline growth, and building executive relationships to deliver technology solutions that align with customer business priorities.
