Lead North America SSE sales organization to drive revenue and market share growth. Set strategy, quotas, and resource plans; coach and develop sales teams; build executive customer relationships; coordinate direct and partner routes-to-market; and ensure end-to-end solution selling for SSE/SASE offerings (ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP). Manage P&L, budgeting, and large-scale workforce planning.

This role leads the sales community in the public sector, engaging customers, managing sales strategy, and developing high-performing teams. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, customer engagement, sales process management, and mentorship of sales personnel.

Develop and extend software for integrated HPC-quantum systems including compilation, execution, resource estimation, and simulation. Build adapters, prototypes, tests, CI, and demos; document results and contribute to open standards and research dissemination.
