Manager Trainee supports rental location sales, customer service, fleet logistics, inventory control, vehicle preparation, facility operations, finance administration, reporting, scheduling, and team leadership. The role provides structured training and prepares the employee for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining customer service standards, completing rental transactions, supporting compliance, and assisting with performance coaching in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and grow rental revenue and market share across Fortune 100/500 accounts in the Northeast by developing customized domestic and global mobility solutions. Execute proactive sales strategies, negotiate renewals, identify cross-selling opportunities, build partner relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. Use CRM and reporting tools to manage account processes, projects, and performance to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.

Own the enterprise network strategy, architecture standards, governance, and modernization roadmap. Lead hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity, network security, resiliency, automation, observability, and lifecycle strategies across global environments. Evaluate technologies and vendors, develop executive business cases, guide major transformations, and mentor architects and senior engineers. The role requires influencing technical and business leaders while delivering secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective network capabilities.
