The FP&A Associate prepares portfolio-wide financial reports, tracks KPIs, builds forecasts and budgets, performs scenario analysis, reviews financial data for accuracy, supports controllers and financial close, investigates discrepancies, and provides insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires strong modeling, Excel, financial statement knowledge, communication, organization, and attention to detail across multiple portfolio companies.

Leads consolidated financial reporting, acquisition integrations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audits, compliance, ERP oversight, lender relations, payroll, and process improvement across multiple entities. Supports M&A diligence and financial integration while overseeing bookkeeping and finance teams. Reports to the platform CEO and holding company CFO.

Support deal execution for platform and add-on acquisitions: evaluate opportunities, perform market research and diligence, build financial models and forecasts, prepare investment materials (IOIs, LOIs, memos), manage diligence workstreams and data rooms, coordinate advisors and stakeholders, and support negotiation, financing, closing, and post-close handoffs.
