As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll develop and maintain the Dynamic Copay Engine's services, design pricing logic, and manage data integrations, focusing on backend systems for health insurance functionality.

Serve as a strategic operator and force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team. Drive cross-functional initiatives, prepare Board and investor materials, enable AI adoption and build workflows, support finance and revenue analytics, coordinate leadership rhythms and company offsites, and translate executive priorities into measurable plans and follow-through.

Own the member-facing product surface for the shopping experience, managing search quality, price display, and conversion for health care services. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to enhance usability based on user feedback and metrics.
