The Staff Performance Engineer will optimize latency-critical systems at Helius, focusing on design for low-latency environments, mentoring engineers, and leading performance strategies.

Act as the technical front line for developers on Solana: troubleshoot and reproduce issues, ship code samples, SDKs, demos, docs, and automation, collaborate with engineering on fixes and prototypes, and support developers in Discord and Telegram to drive product improvements.

Define technical direction and architect systems for high-performance, scalable infrastructure. Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions. Manage large-scale data ingestion and retrieval.
