Teams at HEI Hotels & Resorts

Assists the Controller with hotel financial activities, including night audit reconciliation, city ledger billing and collections, credit card reconciliation, invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, purchasing compliance, payment processing, and maintaining accounting records and logs in accordance with GAAP and company standards.

Patrol the hotel interior and perimeter to identify security and safety risks, maintain order, respond to emergencies and alarms, assist guests and associates, monitor security systems, enforce hotel policies, and report suspicious activity. The role requires clear communication, physical stamina, stair and ladder climbing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift or move items or people weighing up to 150 pounds.

Support the Director of Sales in managing hotel sales operations: lead and coach sales staff, develop and solicit accounts, create proposals and contracts, conduct presentations and market outreach, coordinate client event requirements with departments, and assist with hiring, training, and performance management.
