Own the consolidation and long-term strategy of HealthEdge’s Atlassian Cloud platform across multiple business units. Lead architecture, governance, HIPAA/BAA compliance, licensing, vendor management, workflow redesign, executive stakeholder communication, AI adoption, and incremental delivery. Build and coach platform teams while guiding internal and customer delivery tracks, establishing standards for permissions, identity provisioning, Jira architecture, and platform operations.

Directs professional services program management for a portfolio of healthcare customers. Responsibilities include developing account project pipelines, supporting proposals and Statements of Work, forecasting resources and revenue, leading cross-functional delivery teams, monitoring project health and profitability, mitigating risks, managing escalations, and improving customer satisfaction and service practices.

Provides L2 production support for enterprise healthcare applications, including incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SQL-based data corrections, configuration management, and customer communication. Collaborates with development, infrastructure, DBA, and product teams to resolve complex issues, coordinate fixes, maintain SLAs, and improve support processes through automation, monitoring, and alerting.
