Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee inquiries, perks and communications, full-cycle onboarding, recruiting coordination (ATS/Greenhouse), payroll and compliance support, HRIS ownership and data integrity, and continuous process improvements to scale HR in a remote-first environment.

Execute and QA email, SMS, and push CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows; manage the broadcast email calendar; run tests and analyses to optimize performance; coordinate cross-functionally and maintain project timelines to ensure timely, accurate sends.

The Integrated Marketing Intern will assist in campaign planning, execution, and reporting while rotating through various marketing channels for hands-on experience.
