Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits and leave administration, HRIS maintenance, workforce planning, payroll accuracy, invoice management, budget procedures, and concierge team leadership. The role partners with community leaders to strengthen culture, support employees, and deliver exceptional resident and family service.

The Accounting Assistant performs data entry and clerical support for the financial services department. Responsibilities include resident and health center billing, recording deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering invoices, routing approvals, and generating checks. The role requires computer and data-entry skills, basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and professional hospitality-focused service. Accounting experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.
