Own global royalty accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end and quarter-end close, controls, audits, and licensee guarantee calculations. Improve and automate manual processes, interpret licensing contracts, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, and partner with Finance, Legal, Technical Accounting, and offshore operations teams. The role also supports ad hoc analyses and system initiatives.

Leads the modernization of global Finance technology platforms through cloud-native architecture, data engineering, AI, automation, and DevOps. Oversees engineering teams, Finance system integrations, transformation initiatives, vendor relationships, resilience, and technology strategy across accounting, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Partners with Finance and business executives to deliver scalable platforms, real-time insights, operational efficiency, compliance, and measurable business value.

Lead the architecture and development of intelligent automation combining Automation Anywhere RPA with LLM-based agents. Build reliable production systems with evaluation, monitoring, approval gates, fallback paths, and audit logging. Integrate agents with SAP, data platforms, ticketing systems, and APIs; establish engineering standards, responsible AI practices, and CI/CD processes. Mentor automation engineers, guide proofs of concept, assess build-versus-buy decisions, and collaborate with business, Security, and Legal stakeholders.
