Lead review, negotiation, and governance of third-party contracts for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Advise department leaders, manage contract risk and compliance, collaborate with OGC and risk partners, support procurement strategy adoption, and drive standardization and process improvements. Serve as principal FAS contact and support change management and supplier risk monitoring.

Lead and coach an operational accounting team for a large real estate portfolio; ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls; manage month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, billing, and journal entries; drive accounting system strategy, automation, UAT, and process improvements (Yardi); collaborate with IT and stakeholders; provide high-quality customer service and staff development.

Lead legal research and policy analysis on environmental, energy, and climate law; manage partnerships and convenings; supervise staff attorneys, fellows, and student research assistants; contribute to publications and public engagement advancing environmental justice and clean energy policy.
