Provide administrative and prospect-research support to three major gift officers: schedule travel and meetings, prepare briefing materials and expense reports, update prospect database and contact reports, coordinate events, respond to donor inquiries, and collaborate on major gift and planned giving activities.

Serve as a functional lead for university-wide HR systems (LMS, PeopleSoft Payroll), leading requirements gathering, process analysis, integrations, testing, implementation, change management, and portfolio planning. Mentor analysts, coordinate cross-functional projects and vendors, act as SME/escalation point, and manage multiple initiatives to ensure systems support HR operations.

Lead Harvard Library's Information & Technical Services department, directing monographic and serials acquisitions, e-resources, and metadata creation/management. Provide strategic vision, set policies and standards, manage 99+ staff and a ~$14.9M budget, coordinate cross-functional workflows, drive continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and represent the library in regional, national, and international collaborations.
