Manage end-to-end software implementation projects including planning, stakeholder communication, resource and financial management, risk mitigation, change management, testing, training, deployment, and transitioning to support. Prepare project plans, proposals, status reports, and run post-implementation reviews while contributing to PMO standards and process improvements.
