Coordinates utility software implementation projects by maintaining plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and status reports. Supports PMO processes, Waterfall and Agile methodologies, financial tracking, KPI monitoring, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Sales, R&D, Delivery, Finance, project teams, and customers. The role is remote across the US and Canada but requires frequent travel, potentially up to 75% in North America, with international travel eligibility.

Process invoices, credits, debits, account maintenance, reconciliations, and month- and quarter-end reporting. Communicate with departments, customers, employees, and Collections to resolve billing issues and provide timely information. Leads utility and municipal CIS software implementation engagements from inception through stabilization. Manages and mentors application consultants, oversees solution architecture and delivery methodology, balances resources, controls project budgets and forecasts, manages client relationships and escalations, and drives continuous improvement. The role supports complex implementations involving billing, customer service, field operations, integrations, and data conversion while promoting AI-assisted workflows, knowledge sharing, and effective sales-to-services and post-go-live transitions.
