This role involves delivering high quality legal research services and coordinating with the Research & Information Services team to support client engagements.

Lead the Financial Systems team in implementing legal technology solutions, managing client relations, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring project efficiency with a focus on billable utilization.

Provide high-level support to multiple senior executives by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, communications, expenses, and follow-through. Serve as a trusted, discreet partner who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, coordinates across global teams, supports strategic initiatives, and represents executives with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, executive presence, confidentiality, and independent decision-making.
