Use specialized IP and legal research databases, evaluate sources, perform reference interviews, synthesize findings into actionable reports, and manage research requests. The role requires strong client service, communication, organization, deadline management, and knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, prosecution, and litigation resources.

Advise law firms and research departments on AI adoption, workflow design, responsible use, vendor products, training, and post-launch support. Lead client discovery, testing, presentations, workshops, and implementation programs. Build relationships with legal technology vendors, translate product updates into practical guidance, and develop internal AI capabilities, reusable methods, and thought leadership.
