Lead product marketing content and positioning for HackerOne's security platform. Produce sales decks, solution briefs, web copy, and enablement materials; coordinate launches and cross-functional workstreams; conduct competitive and market research; partner with sales to synthesize voice-of-customer inputs; and use AI tools to accelerate content production and research.

Lead and develop a Talent Strategy team to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, performance and succession programs, and AI-enabled HR solutions. Drive data-driven talent decisions, scale people practices, coach leaders, and collaborate with TA, People Ops, Rewards, and HRIS to connect talent strategy to business outcomes.

The Privacy Counsel will support global data protection, AI governance, and commercial contracting, providing practical privacy support for product development and cross-border operations.
