Supports and improves IT infrastructure across multi-site healthcare centers, including endpoints, networks, cloud systems, printing, AV, phones, digital signage, SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID. Delivers site and technology projects, automates onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoots escalated issues, manages vendors, supports disaster recovery testing, and maintains documentation, security, asset inventories, and HIPAA-compliant access practices.

Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and adoption of clinical and business applications. Partner with clinical, operational, technical, vendor, and executive stakeholders to define products, manage delivery, measure outcomes, drive change management, and improve adoption across platforms including EHR, CRM, call center, and population health systems.

Supports the Product team by turning ambiguous problems into scalable systems and measurable workflows. Responsibilities include process mapping, automation, research, analysis, documentation, dashboard and reporting development, stakeholder coordination, frontline observation, tool rollout, onboarding, training, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. The role uses AI and operational data to reduce manual effort, improve throughput and quality, and standardize work across clinical, operational, enrollment, and enterprise teams.
