Teams at H2O.ai

As a Senior Sales Engineer at H2O.ai, you'll lead pre-sales efforts by leveraging technical expertise in AI to design solutions for enterprise customers, drive ROI demonstrations, and guide AI adoption. You'll collaborate with multiple teams and influence product roadmaps while showcasing hands-on skill with LLMs and cloud-based deployments.

Serve as strategic finance partner to executive leadership: lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts; build scenario and multi-year cash models; own monthly and quarterly business reviews; analyze ARR, revenue, margins and cash flow; build AI-enabled FP&A processes and dashboards; support pricing, GTM investments, capital allocation, board reporting and investor materials.

Manage global payroll accounting and outsourced providers, handle payroll funding/reconciliation/journal entries, oversee equity administration in Carta, support stock-based compensation accounting, partner with People Ops and Legal, and assist monthly close, audits, and payroll-related compliance across multiple geographies.
