Lead customer implementations and migrations of H1’s SaaS and data solutions. Own project plans, customer deliverables, KPIs, communications, and cross-functional coordination across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Improve scalable services processes, manage high-visibility initiatives, communicate technical updates, and advocate for customers while ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction.

Supports global revenue operations through territory and quota planning, KPI reporting, performance analysis, dashboard development, AI-enabled workflow improvements, deal desk execution, CRM governance, and commercial process optimization. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance to improve productivity, data quality, and operational effectiveness.

Lead end-to-end evaluation, scoping, and onboarding of new healthcare data sources. Define field mappings, acceptance criteria, ingestion and entity-resolution rules, perform QA and anomaly detection, translate client requirements into integration specs, and produce maintainable documentation before handing off to maintenance teams.
