Hunter-style B2B sales role focused on prospecting, developing, and closing new business in restoration, construction, and mitigation markets. Build relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, plumbers, and commercial clients, manage full sales cycle, negotiate contracts and pricing, maintain pipeline in CRM, and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Lead and perform residential and commercial packout and contents restoration projects from loss through packback. Launch and grow the local division by developing referral relationships, managing operations, scheduling crews, documenting inventory and costs, ensuring quality and safety, and supporting invoicing and profitability.

Lead and manage emergency mitigation projects from assessment through completion. Scope water/fire/mold losses, direct technicians, create estimates and job plans, ensure safety and quality (IICRC/OSHA), communicate with customers and insurance adjusters, monitor KPIs, oversee equipment, documentation, inventory, and participate in on-call emergency response.
