Prepare and submit complete, compliant loan closing packages for Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Bond, Jumbo and new-construction loans; verify title and construction documentation; reconcile final figures, issue closing funds, send collateral to warehouse bank, archive files, and act as lead subject-matter expert for closing operations.
