Build and maintain secure, scalable full-stack features for Guidewire’s cloud-based insurance application platform. Develop backend services, frontend applications, APIs, microservices, and configuration tooling while applying cloud-native and AI-assisted development practices. Collaborate across disciplines, improve platform reliability and security, support operational excellence, and mentor junior engineers. Work includes automation solutions, databases, distributed systems, and learning relevant insurance-domain and AI technologies.

Leads a distributed team creating technical documentation, developer content, in-product guidance, tutorials, video, and other information experiences. Establishes content strategy, information architecture, governance, metadata, taxonomies, and reusable AI-ready knowledge. Partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Learning, and subject-matter teams to improve customer and developer adoption. Uses analytics, search insights, user feedback, and research to measure findability, quality, and effectiveness while improving workflows and responsible AI usage.

Designs, operates, and improves cloud and infrastructure security across AWS and multi-cloud environments. Responsibilities include cloud governance, identity and access controls, network security, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and software supply-chain security, container and Kubernetes security, monitoring, threat modeling, incident response, and security automation. The role also contributes to AI security initiatives involving LLMs, AI agents, and MCP integrations, communicates risks across teams, leads complex initiatives, and mentors engineers.
