Configure and customize Guidewire InsuranceNow, develop integrations and custom code, troubleshoot Java runtime and logs, implement APIs/microservices, demo functionality, perform peer code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver implementations.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise data transformation on the Guidewire Data Platform. Drive design, ingestion/egress, migration performance, and AI-enabled tooling. Facilitate inception and design review sessions, mentor teams, coordinate with partners, and ensure successful data platform adoption and repeatable delivery practices while spending significant time on customer sites.

Lead month-end close and general ledger accounting for compensation, payroll, benefits, accruals, allocations, and reconciliations. Prepare journal entries, review staff work, partner with payroll/benefits and international accountants, support audits and SEC schedules, and improve accounting systems and processes.

Manage day-to-day administration of AMER employee benefits (health, retirement, life, disability, voluntary benefits), oversee compliance (ACA, 5500, PCORI, Medicare Part D), liaise with vendors, provide employee support, assist with enrollment/qualifying events, maintain benefits content, support data analysis, and drive process improvements.

Drive adoption of Guidewire PricingCenter by engaging actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to translate pricing models, rating algorithms, and workflows into solution proposals. Lead long enterprise sales cycles, collaborate with account, inside sales and product teams, represent Guidewire at industry events, and travel ~50% to support modernization engagements.
