Leads national, multi-state operations for self-directed home and community-based care programs. Oversees operational excellence, service quality, compliance, scalability, strategic growth, KPIs, and corrective actions. Develops regional operations leaders, strengthens talent pipelines, supports succession planning, and represents the organization with agencies and stakeholders. This remote executive role requires travel to state operations, partners, and key meetings.

Owns end-to-end regional revenue cycle performance from enrollment through payment. Leads Claims Leaders, improves reimbursement and cash realization, reduces denials and aged receivables, manages payer escalations, develops forecasts, strengthens revenue governance, and partners with Finance on margin expansion. The role also integrates enrollment, authorization, billing, claims, and accounts receivable processes while developing standardized workflows and team capabilities across a multistate environment.

The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, and KPI development across a multi-state organization. The role partners with operations, technology, enrollment, customer support, and leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, improve processes, automate analyses, and strengthen financial systems and data accuracy. Responsibilities include scenario modeling, pricing and program economics analysis, state transition support, and long-term planning.
