Manages hospital accounts and drives anti-infective product sales by securing formulary access, protocol inclusion, discharge pathway adoption, and appropriate prescribing. Engages physicians, pharmacists, hospital leaders, case managers, and other stakeholders; delivers clinical presentations and educational programs; analyzes utilization and market trends; develops territory plans; coordinates cross-functional resources; and maintains compliance with corporate and industry policies. The role covers Boston, New Hampshire, and Maine, with travel up to 50%.

Drives hospital sales and formulary access for GSK anti-infective products across assigned accounts. Builds relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital leaders, discharge teams, and other stakeholders; delivers clinical presentations; supports protocols, order sets, patient identification, treatment selection, and therapy continuity. Develops territory business plans, analyzes utilization and market trends, manages budgets, coordinates cross-functional resources, generates demand, and ensures compliant execution while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Design, prototype, and deploy ML and LLM-based solutions for drug discovery and business problems. Advise stakeholders on feasibility, build and containerize models on cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), develop agentic and multi-agent systems, embed responsible AI practices, and run knowledge-transfer workshops to enable partner teams.
