Develop account plans, present clinical and economic value propositions, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast performance, maintain CRM, and represent GSK at industry events to advance product adoption and access.

Lead and coach a regional team of Strategic Oncology Account Directors to execute account-based strategies across health systems, cancer centers, and community oncology networks. Align brand, access, and account plans with cross-functional partners to drive access, formulary inclusion, contracts, and market growth. Oversee account planning, KPI-driven performance reviews, negotiation support, and compliant external engagement while representing GSK at industry events.
