Leads GSK’s global R&D digital transformation for vaccines, CMC, and specialized laboratory sciences. Owns a 3–5-year technology roadmap, modernizes legacy systems, reduces technical debt, embeds DevSecOps and AI/ML, improves data standardization and contextualization, and delivers laboratory and manufacturing solutions across 17 sites. The role manages strategic portfolios, collaborates with R&D and technology leaders, ensures regulatory and compliance alignment, and builds high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Lead strategic, multi-stakeholder oncology account engagement across New England and Upstate New York to drive formulary and on-label access. Develop account plans, present clinical and economic value propositions, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast performance, maintain CRM, and represent GSK at industry events to advance product adoption and access.

Lead statistical strategy and execution for oncology clinical development across phases. Design and analyze trials using simulation, Bayesian and real-world data approaches; author protocols/SAPs; deliver timely, high-quality statistical outputs; influence asset and regulatory strategy; represent biostatistics externally and mentor project teams.
