Manages a remote team of 8+ Provider Growth Associates, coaching performance, closing skill gaps, communicating organizational changes, and leading recruitment-wide strategic projects. The role emphasizes metrics-driven leadership, AI-enabled workflow optimization, team engagement, and hands-on support for provider recruitment and conversion.

Provides phone, chat, and email support to payor partner clinicians and clients. Collaborates with Customer Operations, revenue cycle management, and Engineering teams to resolve billing issues, bugs, and stakeholder roadblocks. The role requires multitasking, health insurance and billing knowledge, technical proficiency, empathy, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving in a contact center environment.

Leads Learning, Content, and Quality teams within Shared Services. Owns the strategic vision, operating models, onboarding curriculum, train-the-trainer programs, knowledge bases, quality processes, performance metrics, and AI enablement strategy. The role develops high-performing teams, reduces frontline ramp time and turnover, creates closed-loop feedback systems, and aligns training outcomes with operational KPIs while scaling support operations.
