Supports Eightfold and Workday implementations through configuration, integrations, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, reporting, documentation, and deployment activities. Partners with consultants, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions. The role is designed for an early-career consultant with Workday experience who will build expertise in Eightfold’s AI-enabled talent platform, integrations, APIs, and emerging HR technologies while contributing to client engagements and reusable practice assets.

Leads Eightfold implementation and consulting engagements from initiation through deployment and stabilization. Owns project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, governance, documentation, and client satisfaction. Serves as the primary client contact, facilitates executive and steering committee communications, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages financials and change requests, and supports deployment readiness and change management. Also contributes to delivery methodology development, sales transitions, scoping, and client expansion opportunities.

Leads end-to-end Workday data conversion and migration workstreams, including assessment, mapping, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and stabilization. Partners with clients and cross-functional teams, manages scope and delivery risks, reviews deliverables, resolves data issues, supports client decisions, and coaches team members. The role also contributes to consulting practice improvements, reusable tools, documentation, and client relationship development.
