As an Accounting Advisory Manager, you will oversee engagement teams providing advisory services for complex accounting transactions, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction, while training junior staff members and managing multiple projects.

Lead operational due diligence, cost and synergy assessments, integration/separation planning, and post-close execution for private equity and corporate transactions. Manage cross-functional diligence teams, develop cost and working-capital optimization plans, oversee Day 1/100-day readiness, scope TSAs, design operating models, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support business development and realization tracking.
