The role coordinates Accounting, Finance, IT, implementation partners, global process owners, and regional teams across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, fixed assets, intercompany, and close processes.

Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, analyzing income statements, balance sheets, operational data, working capital, debt, and quality of earnings. Prepare transaction advisory reports, identify risks and adjustments, and support valuations, budgets, borrowing-base calculations, and carve-outs. Collaborate on proposals and business development while supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating associates. The role requires accounting or audit expertise, transaction advisory experience, and travel up to 25%.
