Manages high-value enterprise accounts as a client-facing liaison, providing 24/7 support, coordinating technical issue resolution, conducting client meetings, addressing billing inquiries, producing service reports, and identifying account growth opportunities. Partners with clients, sales teams, and technical support staff to maintain satisfaction, resolve network and service issues, and support revenue growth.

Coordinates government projects across internal departments, clients, and local contacts. Maintains project trackers, places and tracks orders, monitors schedules, coordinates installations and service ports, submits deliverables within SLAs, and troubleshoots issues. Provides project updates to Transition Project Managers and helps ensure timely, high-quality results. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills, and the ability to obtain P2 Government status.

Owns administration, performance tuning, reliability, security, and lifecycle management for SQL Server, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and Oracle across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. Operates Cloud SQL, BigQuery, RDS/Aurora, and GCVE; supports migrations, observability, incident response, and system-level Linux tuning. Automates DBA operations with scripting and infrastructure-as-code, contributes to CI/CD and containerized environments, and participates in on-call support for mission-critical data platforms.
