Lead day-to-day People Operations including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, multi-state compliance, benefits and leave management, payroll support, employee engagement programs, performance review support, HR reporting and metrics, and ad-hoc recruiting and employer branding support.

Partner with clients to drive adoption of AI-driven Group Health pricing products. Lead pricing consultations, analyze large datasets with SQL/Python, validate models, build Excel stress-tests, explain statistical and AI outputs to non-technical stakeholders, and quantify ROI and renewal performance.

The Senior Solutions Consultant will lead implementations of AI/ML solutions for health insurance clients, develop sales resources, and provide technical direction during projects.
