Responsibilities may include appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials, with opportunities for client interaction and professional development. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts and demonstrate strong academic, litigation, communication, research, and teamwork skills. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Experienced product liability litigation attorneys will manage high-exposure cases nationwide, conduct litigation, and handle substantial caseloads. Candidates should demonstrate strong writing, oral advocacy, teamwork, and case-management skills. Deposition, oral argument, and mediation experience are preferred, while trial experience is beneficial but not required. Massachusetts bar admission is mandatory.

Litigates data breach, privacy, cybersecurity, technology, class action, and errors and omissions matters. Handles cases from inception with minimal supervision, conducts legal research and writing, applies state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA, communicates effectively with clients, and provides superior client service. The role may be fully remote, hybrid, or full-time.
