Researches funding opportunities and writes, reviews, and manages grant applications for nonprofit partners. The role requires translating complex program information into persuasive funder narratives, using AI tools thoughtfully, maintaining accuracy and deadlines, managing relationships with 25–30 partners, and improving scalable grant-support processes.

Provides administrative support for nonprofit grant applications, including maintaining grant calendars, extracting funder requirements, assembling application materials, entering content into portals, proofreading submissions, verifying completeness, executing approved submissions, and logging confirmations. The role requires strong attention to detail, deadline management, data-entry accuracy, and comfort using web portals, cloud databases, and business software. Prior grant-writing experience is not required.

Engage inbound nonprofit leads through phone, email, and video; understand their funding needs; conduct discovery; recommend relevant GrantPilot funding opportunities; and support onboarding. The role also involves researching grants, maintaining accurate HubSpot records, building a qualified pipeline, sharing customer insights, and helping establish a scalable sales playbook for an early-stage product.
