Serve as the finance business partner for a subscription revenue line, owning forecasting, planning, reporting, and subscription revenue modeling. Drive KPI development, analyze performance and unit economics, partner cross-functionally, support budgeting and long-range planning, and prepare executive dashboards and presentations to inform strategic decisions.

Serve as the senior HRIS individual contributor managing Workday configuration, integrations, data security, reporting, and system controls. Translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions, lead HRIS projects end-to-end, support recurring People programs, audit and monitor data and integrations, and provide training and subject-matter expertise to HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

The Insights Manager will execute strategic research studies, manage data analysis, and provide analytics support to inform GoodRx's product offerings and ensure data quality.
