Manages inbound and outbound prospecting, explains financial products and legal agreements, coordinates account handoffs, and collaborates with business development leaders to support partner growth. The role also improves sales processes, develops persuasive proposals and presentations, provides business intelligence-driven guidance, and engages executive stakeholders on new and existing programs.

Provides legal and regulatory counsel for mortgage and HELOC products, consumer credit, lending, debt collection, privacy, and solar financing. Advises business units, manages outside counsel, supports compliance with applicable laws and policies, and handles related product, litigation, complaint, and examination matters.
