The Chief Financial Officer provides organization-wide financial, strategic, and administrative leadership for a nonprofit healthcare organization. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, reimbursement, financial reporting, risk management, operational performance, technology modernization, board governance, and team development. The CFO partners with executives and clinical leaders to improve sustainability, reporting, service-line performance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic growth.

Provide after-hours triage and symptom management for hospice and palliative patients by phone and, when needed, home visits across Greater Boston. Work flexible evening/night on-call shifts (minimum 36 hours), collaborate with the care team, and uphold hospice philosophy while supporting patients and families.
