Serve as the primary HR partner for US teams: own full-cycle recruitment for data center and hosting roles; support onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance and compensation processes; maintain HR records, ensure compliance, improve HR workflows, and analyze hiring metrics to scale operations.

Manage financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational finance across US business units. Lead month-end close in NetSuite, prepare management reports, support tax and audit processes, control budgets and vendor payments, forecast cash flow, and partner with leaders to provide analyses and decision-support.
