Lead GoFundMe's global payments legal strategy and advise C-suite on payments, fintech, and financial services matters. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to enable product innovation, regulatory compliance, licensing, and supervisory examinations. Build governance, legal operating models, scalable review processes, and commercial frameworks. Negotiate and counsel on strategic payment partnerships, card/ACH network rules, AML/BSA, KYC/KYB, sanctions, and cross-border regulatory matters to support platform expansion and risk management.

Lead day-to-day social publishing and community management across core consumer channels. Create, schedule, and publish high-volume content (graphics, carousels, short-form video, copy), monitor mentions/DMs/comments, surface fundraisers, manage crisis responses, run experiments to hit growth targets, report on channel performance, and partner cross-functionally to amplify stories and route customer issues.

Lead GoFundMe's consumer marketing to grow awareness, trust, engagement, and advocacy. Shape brand positioning and integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, social, influencers and partnerships. Build content and storytelling platforms, deepen relationships with Millennial and Gen Z audiences, align cross-functional teams, and measure brand health and business impact.
