Schedule and manage home health client visits in WellSky, coordinate clinical staff and aides with clients, verify payer authorizations, maintain accurate visit records, and respond to scheduling inquiries and emergencies. The role requires strong organization, communication, familiarity with home health regulations and payer requirements, and proficiency in WellSky and Microsoft Office.

Own and develop a TypeScript monorepo spanning Next.js, Expo, and Cloudflare Worker applications. Build secure PostgreSQL and Prisma systems, webhook handlers, background jobs, authentication, encrypted financial data workflows, and AI-powered financial features. Responsibilities include production ownership, incident response, code review, and ensuring reliability, security, idempotency, and data isolation across web and mobile products.

Leads client discovery and requirements gathering for analytics engagements; designs end-to-end data solution architectures covering ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting. Produces technical documentation, guides engineering and BI teams, supports presales scoping and proposals, develops reusable architecture standards, and manages and mentors technical staff. Requires cloud data platform experience, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and willingness to travel to client sites.
