Lead the development and continual improvement of Glydways’ Quality Management System toward ISO 9001 certification. Manage supplier quality, inspections, audits, CAPA, nonconformance processes, design review gates, configuration management, defect management, and software quality integration. Establish quality controls across vehicle build, assembly, integration, and deployment while ensuring traceability, audit readiness, safety, and continuous improvement across engineering, supply chain, operations, and test teams.

Own localization requirements, simulation and track testing, Hardware-in-the-Loop testing, and unit test coverage for autonomous ground vehicle software. Collaborate with autonomy, systems, safety, and hardware teams; review requirements and code; configure localization and safety algorithms; and support systems-level solutions. The role requires source-level C++ understanding, requirements management, safety standards familiarity, and testing across unit, simulation, track, and HIL environments.

Lead and mentor the embedded software team developing safety-critical vehicle firmware. Set technical direction, architecture, priorities, and delivery milestones while remaining hands-on with real-time systems, fault handling, diagnostics, testing, and hardware bring-up. Partner cross-functionally through integration, validation, and production deployment, and establish reliable practices for code review, CI, release readiness, debugging, and safe multi-device deployment.
