Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) phone and email support to policyholders and agents: answer/return calls, resolve complaints, process requests, scan/index documents to OnBase, mail outgoing correspondence, monitor fraud trends, assist investigations, complete assigned projects, and participate in ongoing product/process training.

Guide aspiring insurance agents through state licensing by managing a large pipeline, communicating requirements, maintaining MS Access records, making inbound/outbound calls, and updating supervisors and agency partners on progress and changes.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse recovery to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess customer needs, recommend solutions, document interactions, meet call center KPIs, and maintain product knowledge while delivering empathetic, accurate service.
