Lead methodological, cross-portfolio research to improve GiveWell's grantmaking. Combine evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, field insights, expert consultation, and judgment to answer high-priority questions, pressure-test teams, develop research agendas, mentor researchers, and communicate findings internally and externally.

Conduct rigorous evidence reviews and cost-effectiveness modeling to inform high-impact grantmaking. Evaluate interventions and grant proposals, consult experts, publish findings, build relationships, and tackle complex research questions that guide funding decisions.
