Oversee clinical data management studies from start-up through close-out, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, quality, compliance, and timely deliverables. Lead eCRF design, query management, database snapshots, external data coordination, vendor deliverables, data transfer documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Programming, Safety, Regulatory, investigators, and study sites.

Supports global clinical data standards development, maintenance, governance, and study-level implementation. Applies CDISC standards, develops library objects and CRF guidelines, supports Medidata Rave EDC builds, performs quality checks, documents releases, and assists with change management and issue resolution. Collaborates with data management, programming, biostatistics, clinical operations, and governance committees to ensure consistent, compliant standards across clinical programs.

Leads field-based regional marketing for hematology and oncology therapies, building relationships with healthcare and opinion leaders, gathering market insights, shaping brand strategies, and executing educational programs, advisory boards, conferences, and speaker activities. Partners cross-functionally with sales, marketing, medical affairs, and congress strategy teams to advance adoption of Kite therapies while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Requires extensive regional travel and people leadership.
