Responsibilities include supplier identification and qualification, bidding, negotiations, contract and pricing maintenance, vendor compliance and performance tracking, discrepancy resolution, internal help desk support, systems training, reporting, and contract lifecycle coordination with Legal and stakeholders.

Leads marketing, communications, proposals, presentations, campaigns, conferences, and strategic pursuits for Gilbane’s Advanced Manufacturing, Science & Technology vertical. Develops compelling content, manages brand alignment and digital assets, conducts market research, supports business development, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Maintains project data, visits jobsites for content gathering, mentors junior staff, and manages multiple deliverables while building expertise in AEC and AMS&T markets.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for construction and self-perform operations talent, including field leaders, project managers, estimators, and craft professionals. Builds diverse talent pipelines, advises hiring managers, monitors labor-market trends, manages external recruiting partners, ensures recruiting compliance, and maintains applicant tracking data. The role also promotes employer branding, coaches interview teams on inclusive hiring, mentors junior recruiters, and may lead strategic recruiting initiatives.
