Own pricing analytics and governance by analyzing rate plans, ARPU, margins, pricing mix, revenue leakage, and competitive pricing. Develop dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and pricing recommendations in collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams. Maintain pricing documentation, support executive reporting, and communicate complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Manage deal desk requests, approve non-standard pricing, oversee reseller RFPs and credit terms, and administer commercial pricing workflows in DealHub CPQ. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, resellers, and customers to finalize agreements, ensure policy compliance, resolve complex pricing cases, and support strategic initiatives. Coach team members and identify training opportunities.

Lead product marketing for a product portfolio: craft positioning and messaging, drive go-to-market launches, enable sales, create content, gather customer and competitive insights, mentor junior PMM, manage budgets, measure adoption and pipeline, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth and market leadership.
