Requires up to 90% travel within the territory and residence or relocation to Rochester, New York.

Leads a field-based team supporting GM dealerships with parts revenue, service operations, customer retention, warranty administration, technician training, and customer experience. Owns zone revenue and performance KPIs, analyzes dealer marketing and merchandising, implements business plans and countermeasures, and drives continuous improvement. Requires strong automotive business knowledge, leadership experience, data analysis skills, frequent travel, and residence or relocation within the assigned territory.

Own the AutoZone national account and GM ACDelco business results by negotiating vendor agreements, driving sales and margin growth, expanding product assortments, managing pricing and promotions, coordinating supply forecasts, resolving order and claims issues, and leading customer business reviews. Analyze sales, inventory, margin, and customer data to recommend actions while coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, Cataloging, and Marketing.

Provides field-based automotive diagnostic, repair, and technical support to GM dealerships. Resolves escalated vehicle issues, supports potential repurchase cases, evaluates dealership service readiness, trains dealer personnel, manages dispatch cases, and communicates product-quality findings to GM engineering and service teams. The role also supports warranty-cost reduction, dealer comeback processes, customer relationships, arbitration matters, and technician recruitment while traveling frequently throughout the assigned territory.

Design and implement AI agents, plugins, automations, and enterprise integrations for HR Technology platforms. Lead requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, deployment, security, and data integrity efforts across HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Integrate platforms including ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise applications while supporting the HR automation and AI roadmap.

Leads the strategy, validation, and safety assurance of Level 3–4 autonomous driving behaviors powered by machine learning. Owns behavior-related safety cases, standards alignment, ODD and evaluation frameworks, safety metrics, launch-readiness assurance, and evidence assessment across simulation, closed-course, and public-road testing. Leads cross-functional technical collaboration and builds a high-performing AV behavior safety engineering team through hiring, coaching, and development.

Develop autonomy evaluation metrics, statistical and machine-learning analyses, dashboards, and pipelines for simulation and on-road autonomous vehicle testing. Analyze perception, prediction, and planning performance; identify anomalous behavior and critical scenarios; apply VLMs and LLMs where appropriate; and support release gating and safety decisions. The role requires production Python, C++ debugging, technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous software engineering practices.

Define architecture and metrics for autonomous driving evaluation, lead cross-functional integration across autonomy and simulation teams, develop statistical and machine learning methods, analyze large-scale time-series data, manage evaluation KPIs and release gates, and communicate safety and readiness insights through dashboards and stakeholder presentations.

Develop ML/RL models and infrastructure for AV simulations, optimize training loops, and support project timelines in autonomous vehicle tech.

Define and lead survivability strategy and roadmap for GM Defense. Determine in-house vs outsourced capabilities, establish partnerships, develop design/material/manufacturing standards, lead trade studies, define survivability requirements, guide analysis and validation approaches, assess vulnerabilities and integration risks, and work cross-functionally to embed survivability into product development.

The Technical Lead will architect and implement systems for data processing and testing workflows in the autonomous vehicle development space, optimize software engineering practices, and guide a team of engineers.
