Provide day-to-day secure IT support for DoD/SAP environments: install, maintain, audit Windows servers and Exchange, manage networking (LAN/WAN/Cisco), firewalls, backups and COMSEC integration, perform troubleshooting, firmware/upgrades, RMF/A&A compliance, and support operational tests and customer-facing IT issues.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture direction for enterprise application teams. Guide solution design, ensure security/compliance, enforce CI/CD and coding standards, lead reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, document architectures, and promote responsible AI-assisted development while mentoring engineers.

Lead Agile delivery as a hybrid Business Systems Analyst and Scrum Master: drive discovery, translate needs into epics/stories, manage backlog and ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional planning, support releases and incident response, and identify AI/ML and automation opportunities to improve delivery and operations.
