Lead technical strategy and execution for enterprise software, design and build new systems, improve existing platforms, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and stakeholders, ensure quality/performance, share best practices, analyze costs, and support operational readiness including on-call production support.

Drive growth of agency relationships across Indiana by prospecting, onboarding, training, and managing agents. Translate national initiatives into local goals, monitor and counsel agent performance, develop local marketing and growth plans, use data to target opportunities, and prepare business plans and budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies and meet travel and in-person engagement requirements.
