Supervise and coach collegiate chapters on membership recruitment, Panhellenic operations, recruitment planning, and NPC policies. Support advisors and chapter officers with training, recruitment analytics, continuous open bidding, surveys, evaluations, and goal achievement. Review Panhellenic governance documents, coordinate chapter visits, submit recruitment reports, manage legacy inquiries, and collaborate with regional and recruitment teams. This volunteer role requires four to eight hours weekly, with peak periods up to 20 hours and travel of up to nine days annually.

Preserve and promote Gamma Phi Beta’s physical and digital archival materials. Develop collection policies, manage acquisition and preservation workflows, establish digitization priorities, coordinate conservation projects, and support chapters with archival guidance. Collaborate with HistoryIT, the historian, Foundation, and other partners on research, educational programming, and storytelling. This volunteer role requires 10–20 hours monthly, travel three to five days annually, and participation in a virtual BEDI Summit.

Volunteer chapter advisor mentors sorority members and officers, supports leadership development, promotes policy compliance, resolves conflicts, monitors chapter goals, and recruits and develops alumnae advisory board members. The role requires 10–20 hours weekly, participation in training programs, and travel up to eight days annually for leadership events and conventions.
