Manages clients, lenders, legal counsel, vendors, and acquirers; oversees cash-flow forecasts, financial models, operating plans, claims reviews, distributions, buyer outreach, and client deliverables. Directs third-party providers, mentors junior staff, identifies risks, and drives high-stakes engagements to completion.

Associate supporting insolvency, fiduciary services, and corporate restructuring engagements. Responsibilities include managing operational, accounting, strategic, and M&A workstreams; coordinating vendors and stakeholders; building cash flow projections, financial models, presentations, and process reports; managing deadlines; solving time-sensitive problems; and mentoring junior resources.

Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, client invoicing and P&L, support audits, produce financial reports, oversee staff accountant, and implement process improvements.
