Summer Analyst interns conduct market and M&A research, develop comparable valuation analyses, assess market trends, support pitch materials and transaction marketing deliverables, and engage with current and prospective clients. The program provides exposure to buy-side, sell-side, capital markets, valuation, deal execution, coaching, and training.

Associate supporting insolvency, fiduciary services, and corporate restructuring engagements. Responsibilities include managing operational, accounting, strategic, and M&A workstreams; coordinating vendors and stakeholders; building cash flow projections, financial models, presentations, and process reports; managing deadlines; solving time-sensitive problems; and mentoring junior resources.

Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, client invoicing and P&L, support audits, produce financial reports, oversee staff accountant, and implement process improvements.
